Our founder, Sarah O'Brien, traveled extensively through Italy, learning traditional pizza-making techniques from master pizzaiolos in Naples. She brought that knowledge home, combining it with Ireland's finest local ingredients to create something truly special.
Today, Apache Pizza operates multiple locations throughout Ireland, but our commitment remains unchanged. We still hand-stretch every dough, source ingredients from local suppliers, and deliver each pizza with the same care and passion we had on day one.
